Shengshi Medical Travel coordinates the agreed appointments, language support and travel services. Diagnosis, treatment and medical risk discussions are the responsibility of the treating hospital and clinicians. Providers, payment recipients and responsibilities are identified in your written plan.
Before departure you receive an agreed itinerary, named service contact, appointment details and costs. During the visit, the next day's schedule is confirmed with you. At departure, we organise the available records and agreed handover.
We help identify hospitals and specialists suited to your condition. Key-record preparation, translation, hospital liaison and initial review coordination are free. Based on the hospital’s feedback and your doctor’s advice, we plan your appointments, estimated stay and travel together. Your coordinator explains which records are needed and how to share them.

You may choose sightseeing, a traditional Chinese medicine cultural experience or rest, subject to your condition and medical schedule. Clinical services such as acupuncture or therapeutic massage require assessment and delivery by qualified practitioners. Details and costs are confirmed first.
If you need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or the hospital immediately rather than waiting for a routine message reply. We assist with communication and family contact under the agreed support arrangements. Contact numbers and service hours are included in your itinerary.
