Will the doctor understand me?+
We confirm your language and interpreter arrangements before booking. Your package includes 8 hours of interpreter support per day for the agreed schedule. Specific languages, additional hours and specialist requirements must be confirmed in advance.
Will my insurance pay for care in China?+
Coverage and direct billing depend on your policy, hospital, treatment and any required pre-authorisation. Please check with your insurer before travelling. We can help clarify hospital payment arrangements and organise available supporting documents, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Could the cost change?+
We provide a written estimate separating medical care, coordination, accommodation and optional activities. Changes in care may affect costs. Planned additional services should be explained and agreed before proceeding; emergency care follows the hospital's applicable procedures.
What if I decide not to proceed?+
You may decline a proposed treatment. Medical refunds follow the hospital's applicable policy; coordination, accommodation and transport follow their disclosed cancellation terms. We help clarify incurred costs and any refundable amounts.
Is Shengshi Medical Travel my treatment provider?+
Shengshi Medical Travel coordinates the agreed appointments, language support and travel services. Diagnosis, treatment and medical risk discussions are the responsibility of the treating hospital and clinicians. Providers, payment recipients and responsibilities are identified in your written plan.
