We help identify hospitals and specialists suited to your condition. Key-record preparation, translation, hospital liaison and initial review coordination are free. Based on the hospital’s feedback and your doctor’s advice, we plan your appointments, estimated stay and travel together. Your coordinator explains which records are needed and how to share them.

Before you travel
We follow up on the hospital’s response, appointments and any missing records. You receive an agreed itinerary, appointment details, an itemized estimate and your coordinator’s contact information. Airport pickup, room preferences, dietary needs and companion arrangements are confirmed before departure.
While you’re in China
We arrange airport pickup and check-in, help with registration, scheduled tests, payments and report collection, and provide interpretation during agreed service hours. We confirm each day’s schedule in advance and contact you when plans change. You discuss your care with the doctor and make your own medical decisions.
Before you head home
We organize the records and reports issued by the hospital, agreed translations and bills, and help clarify the doctor’s follow-up recommendations and contact arrangements. We coordinate airport drop-off around your confirmed departure and follow up on any outstanding documents.

After the hospital reviews your records, we work with you to plan the length of stay, hospital appointments, interpretation, transport, accommodation and departure arrangements. Your coordinator follows up on changes and confirms any additional costs with you before arrangements are extended.

Service price: An individual quote for your agreed itinerary and services
Vehicle and interpreter support is planned for up to 8 hours each per service day; any changes are agreed in writing. Hospital fees and flights are separate. We confirm accommodation, patient meals, insurance dates and companion arrangements in your quotation.
