Who this policy covers

This policy covers Shengshi Medical Travel’s general inquiry form. Contact us about privacy at contact@shengshimedical.com or WhatsApp +86 131 9355 5000. You may optionally select health concerns and briefly describe symptoms or an existing diagnosis. Medical-record uploads are not enabled; do not submit full medical records, identity documents or payment details in this form.

Information you choose to provide

The form collects your name, email, telephone number, country or region of residence, submission-page language, service topic and message, plus any selected hospital or package, optional health concerns and family-companion preferences. It also stores the submission time, reference number, consent version and follow-up status. It is for adults aged 18 or older. Please submit only information you are authorized to provide.

Purpose and consent

With your affirmative consent, we use the information you submit, including any health information you choose to share, to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the requested services. Submission is not consent to marketing and does not book treatment. You can ask us to stop following up or withdraw consent.

Providers and international coordination

General inquiries are processed by Shengshi’s authorized coordinators in China using Cloudflare hosting and database services, whose infrastructure may be outside your country. Sharing information with a hospital or sending clinical documents requires separate arrangements; this form does not authorize unrestricted onward disclosure.

Storage and access

Messages are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. The public website cannot list or retrieve submitted messages. This form does not upload files. Your submitted form details, including any optional health information, are also emailed through Cloudflare to our company mailbox, contact@shengshimedical.com, hosted by Zoho Mail, so our authorized team can respond. Temporary keyed network hashes help prevent spam; the inquiry table does not store raw IP addresses. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy policy. No online transmission is completely risk-free.

Retention and your rights

We retain inquiry details for responding and following up on the requested service; closed inquiries are reviewed for deletion. You may request access, correction, a copy or deletion through the contact above, quoting your reference. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary storage remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics and marketing are off by default. Where configured, they run only with the relevant consent. Third-party marketing scripts are excluded from clinical pages and forms. With analytics consent, our own statistics record page paths, link clicks, time, network country, device type and source category. They do not collect form contents, URL queries, raw IP addresses or diagnoses. A random daily browser ID estimates daily visitors. Details are kept for 90 days; anonymous daily totals are retained. Statistics are visible only in the password-protected company dashboard and are not linked to inquiry records. Global Privacy Control disables this optional measurement. Marketing attribution is saved only after marketing consent; you can revisit Cookie settings in the footer.

Article reads and likes

Article counters use a random, article-specific browser cookie for up to one year. A read is recorded after 10 visible seconds with analytics consent, at most once per UTC day in the same browser. Likes are recorded only after you click, and can be removed. Counts are activity totals, not verified people or treatment outcomes. Short-lived salted network hashes help limit abuse; raw IP addresses and medical details are not stored in the counter database. Clearing cookies or changing device may prevent deduplication. Reading deduplication records are cleaned after about two days; aggregate counts remain. Anonymous like records remain to support removal. When the service is unavailable, no count is fabricated.
