Our service
Shengshi Medical Travel provides information and medical travel coordination. It does not itself provide clinical diagnosis or treatment. Website content is general information, and an inquiry does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Inquiries and arrangements
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment or guarantee access to a provider or treatment. Service scope, provider availability, fees, payment terms and cancellation rules must be agreed separately before any booking or payment.
Clinical care and other providers
Licensed medical professionals determine eligibility, appropriate care, risks and expected outcomes. Hospitals, travel providers and other third parties may have separate terms. Ask who is responsible for each element of your arrangements.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share, keep copies of your records and consult qualified professionals about clinical and travel decisions. Do not submit malicious files, misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s information.
Costs, changes and limitations
Published information and initial estimates may change. Confirm the final scope and price directly with the relevant provider. No treatment result, visa, appointment timeline or insurance reimbursement is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
