Included in the agreed scope
Hospital appointment coordination, hotel and meals, airport transfers, daily 8-hour vehicle service and 8-hour interpreting. Report organisation and translations follow the written scope.
Paid separately
Hospital consultations, investigations, treatment, surgery and medicines are paid directly to the hospital. Flights, visas, insurance, companions, extra hours and unlisted activities are not included.
Confirm before booking
Guest count, room occupancy, hotel, meals, transfer boundaries, translation scope and cancellation terms. Optional sightseeing or TCM requires a confirmed itinerary; clinical TCM is assessed by qualified practitioners.
