We help identify hospitals and specialists suited to your condition. Key-record preparation, translation, hospital liaison and initial review coordination are free. Based on the hospital’s feedback and your doctor’s advice, we plan your appointments, estimated stay and travel together. Your coordinator explains which records are needed and how to share them.
What we arrange for you
Hospital and specialist coordination, appointment scheduling, interpretation, airport transfers, accommodation and daily support within your agreed package. Before your trip, you’ll receive an appointment schedule, an itemized estimate and an arrival plan. Before you return home, we’ll help organize available hospital records, agreed translations and follow-up arrangements.
A stay arranged around your appointments
3 days / 2 nights
Twin-room accommodation at a five-star or luxury hotel, three daily meals for the patient and airport transfers. Vehicle and interpreter support is provided for 8 hours each per day. These are suggested stay lengths, not fixed treatment courses; appointments and your doctor’s recommendations determine the final schedule.

One patient, a twin room
The starting price is for one patient and the stated hotel nights. Family companions may share a twin room at a five-star or luxury hotel within the hotel's confirmed occupancy limit. Confirm the number of companions and room arrangements before departure.
Five-star-standard meals for the patient
The package includes three daily meals for the patient, to a five-star dining standard. Please tell us about allergies, dietary preferences and any medical dietary requirements before departure. The included meal plan applies to the patient only.
Accident insurance during your stay
Accident insurance for the agreed in-China service period is included. The 30-day, 29-night wellness holiday also includes this cover for accompanying family members. Eligibility, coverage dates, insured amounts, exclusions and claims contacts are confirmed in the policy before departure. It does not replace medical travel insurance or imply cover for existing illness, planned treatment or complications.
Included in the agreed scope
Hospital appointment coordination, hotel and meals, airport transfers, daily 8-hour vehicle service and 8-hour interpreting. Report organisation and translations follow the written scope.
Paid separately
Hospital consultations, tests, treatment, surgery and medicines are paid separately to the hospital. Flights, visas, additional rooms, extra service hours and unlisted activities are separate. Included accident insurance is not treatment or complication cover.
Confirm before booking
Guest count, room occupancy, hotel, meals, transfer boundaries, translation scope and cancellation terms. Optional sightseeing or TCM requires a confirmed itinerary; clinical TCM is assessed by qualified practitioners.
